For over 35 years we have been Oxfordshire's leading letting and management agency.  We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated individual to join our busy accounts team.

The key responsibilities are:


Accurately input all client account receipts and payments Raise manual fees against tenants/clients as instructed Prepare cheques and cash for banking on a regular basis Liaise closely with both letting and management departments to ensure a clear flow of information Provide reports of unpaid rents, client and tenant balances Communicate with landlords, tenants and financial advisors Accurately input non-resident tax data Ensure all month end processes occur within specific deadlines Liaise with auditors, bankers, customs & excise, inland revenue Bank reconciliations This is an interesting and varied role for an experienced accounts person, and offers an excellent opportunity to join a professional accounts team with high standards.
