Personnel Appointments was established in Guernsey, Channel Islands over 30 years ago. With this long serving history Personnel Appointments continue their tradition as leaders in the Channel Island recruitment market as well as in other jurisdictions.
In 2007 Chris Blin took over the position of Managing Director of the Company. With his first had experience in the finance industry, both locally and overseas Chris is in the excellent position of knowing what the candidates and clients both require.

Specialising in all areas of recruitment, at Personnel Appointments we feel proud to offer a personal service to both our clients and candidates. From Executive recruitment to temporary staff, each placement is treated with the same careful consideration.
We also provide secretarial services, translation and interpreters. We are always willing to discuss any of your company needs.
We believe our personal approach is second to none, far removed from the sometimes anonymous dealings often experienced within today’s high – tech, high-speed environment. We will always have time to communicate personally. Our aim is to bond a close working relationship with our clients and candidates.

At Personnel Appointments, we believe there is an important need for heightening job satisfaction and continuity between employer and employee. We give the utmost importance to matching candidate to client and pride ourselves on taking time and care in getting to know our candidates listening to their views, personal preferences and long term goals regarding their career and future employment. This way we are able to build up a personal profile of each candidate, often a CV alone will have none of this information and therefore an ideal job opportunity may be missed. Rest assured that we never send out CV’s by way of a mail shot, the candidates name will always be held back until the interview is arranged.
