Established in 1978, the McGinley Group undertakes two principle activities. Firstly acting in the capacity of an Employment Business, placing workers on a contract or temporary hired basis for which our customers pay us an hourly or unit rate, and secondly, in the capacity of a Employment Agency, placing candidates with our customers on a permanent basis for a placement fee. In addition to our principle activities, we undertake System Engineering consultancy work, Land & Engineering Surveys and supply support equipment such as vehicles, tools, personal protective clothing etc. on a cost plus basis or built into our hourly or unit rates.
